Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) Assessment and Debrief Session

The Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) is a unique assessment for gaining valuable insights into what’s holding you back, how to have more energy and to move forward towards your vision and goals. After completing the  assessment, you’ll have a debrief session with me, where we will discuss the results and discuss how to apply the insights and takeaways towards creating a greater sense of focus and purpose. The assessment and debrief session can be paired with individual or group coaching sessions.

The Power of Mindfulness in the Workplace-Group Mindfulness Course

Modeled on the University of Massachusetts Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction "MBSR" program, this program helps employees to be more relaxed, focused and centered, enhancing their emotional intelligence, performance and sense of well-being. Formats include: 90 minute workshops, 4 and 8 week programs and multi-day off-site and individual sessions.

A COURSE IN MINDFUL LIVING

A 4-week course that introduces participants to the skills, practices, and science of mindful living. Topics include developing a growth mindset, compassion practices, finding greater joy and balance and mindfulness. Participants walk away with greater insight into what keeps them stuck in the same old patterns and how to best move forward with greater focus, calm and joy.

The HaPPY LIFE: CULTIVATING JOY, FULFILLMENT AND SATISFACTION

This six-week interactive course introduces participants to the key elements in creating a more joyful, purposeful, and happy life. Focused on evidence-based approaches and an understanding that we all have the capacity to change, grow and enhance our wellbeing, participants will connect and support each other on this happiness journey and learn the habits of happiness.

Introduction to mindful Eating

This 8-week course teaches participants the skills of mindful eating. Mindful eating, or conscious eating, involves the practice of giving full attention to your food, emotions, hunger, and satiety cues.

By mastering the art of eating slowly and with mindfulness, we not only enhance our enjoyment of meals but also develop a heightened awareness of our body's requirements, ultimately contributing to improved well-being and satisfaction.
