Enhance your creative senses through a cooking lesson using local ingredients and herbs we foraged.
Tap into nature’s healing properties through guided Forest Bathing: using the art and practice of the Shinrin-Yoku Japanese technique to restore, refresh and rejuvenate.
Find calm and balance within with mindfulness, meditation and daily yoga both active and restorative.
Explore the majestic Austrian Alpine region through mountain hikes,walks, foraging and bathing.
Optional visit to the Swarovski Museum near Innsbruck

Virtual March Workshop: Nourish to Flourish

The past two years have taken their toll on all of us, in many cases straining our inner resources. In this 90-minute mindful living workshop, you will learn to replenish these inner resources and add to your wellbeing toolkit. We will practice evidence-based tools and techniques designed to relax your nervous system, recognize unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and nourish your body and mind. You will leave with a greater sense of calm and clarity and practices to help you live each day with greater equanimity, presence, and joy.
The session is largely experiential with some science thrown in for those who are curious about the latest research on the science of happiness and well-being. It includes meditation practices and small group discussion.

Virtual April Series Mindful Living: Relax, Reawaken, Reset

This four-part series includes teachings and evidence-based practices from the science and art of well-being, including mindfulness, positive psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy. We all have the power to enhance our well-being and develop the ability to live happier, healthier, and more joyful lives. This series will help you learn how. Classes are a combination of experiential practices, fun facts about the science of wellbeing and group discussion.
